The official IMDB just lists her as “voices,” so players had to hunt out the actor if they wanted to see her work in God of War Ragnarok. Robertson has been quiet about her character since launch, likely because it is a minor spoiler, but she has now revealed that she voices Skjothendi the Unerring.

In God of War Ragnarok, one of the activities that stretch across realms includes finding Berserker Gravestones and defeating the Berserker that emerges out of them. A couple can be attempted early on in the game, though they are easily later or endgame bosses, and defeating them all ends in a major boss fight against King Hrolf Kraki. Some of the berserkers are locked to later in the game, such as the one in Vanaheim Crater, and Maggie Robertson’s character Skjothendi the Unerring.

Skjothendi the Unerring can only be fought in the endgame of God of War Ragnarok when players are able to return to Niflheim as Kratos. Skjothendi is one of the strongest Berserkers, using Bifrost to damage and attack the player. Of course, as a boss fight, Robertson’s voice work isn’t as extensive as with Lady Dimitrescu, but it’s absolutely identifiable for fans of her work. In fact, one fan was quick to point out a hilarious similarity between Lady Dimitrescu and Skjothendi.

Aside from the performance, the big identifying trait of Lady Dimitrescu is her height, who clocks in at 9'6". This saw her go viral for all sorts of reasons, and obviously in the game, she wants Ethan dead. Skjothendi is an extremely tall character too, towering over even Kratos, who is no short king at 6'4". And just as Dimitrescu wants Ethan dead, Skjothendi wants Kratos dead. Two characters is hardly enough to suggest a typecast, but at the same time, it’s certainly not a coincidence either.

God of War Ragnarok is available now for PS4 and PS5.
